Pat Race Presents Everything in the Whole Wide World Museum

When: Tuesday, January 13, 2026, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Where: Z.J. Loussac Library : Ann Stevens Room/Galleria

"The Everything in the Whole Wide World Museum" is a ranging presentation leaping from picture books to political satire and reflecting on Pat Race's 20+ years working as an independent artist in Alaska.

Pat Race is an Illustrator and Filmmaker whose work can be found at the Alaska Robotics Gallery in Juneau. His film projects include decades of political satire focused on Alaska state politics along with animation, sketch comedy, and many mini-docs about luminary Alaskan artists. His most recognizable illustration work is probably the 2018 "I Voted" stickers created for the Alaska Division of Elections but maybe you saw his big Tanzanite postcard at the Anchorage Museum.

Pat's first picture book, "The Big Bear and the Blueberry Moon," is out now with more illustrated stories on the way.
