The Alaska Digital Library has over 3,000 popular magazine titles, including top titles like:

All magazines are available on-demand with no holds needed and no checkout limits. Just like with other titles on Libby, you can choose a 7, 14, or 21-day checkout for each title.
You must be logged in to the Libby app or Alaska Digital Library with your Anchorage Public Library card in order to see the magazine selection.
Hoopla
Hoopla offers access to current and recent issues of popular and in-demand magazines with a single hoopla borrow through BingePass. Your checkout gives you unlimited access to all magazines for 7 days and counts as 1 of your monthly borrows from Hoopla. Hoopla is always changing and updating their content, but current titles include:
- Billboard
- American Scientist
- Country Living
- Reader's Digest
- Essence
- Car and Driver
Go to BingePasses in the browsing menu in Hoopla to checkout the magazine BingePass. Hoopla is not available to temporary or unverified cardholders or patrons with Anchorage School District cards.
