Located on the third floor of Loussac Library, the Raven Room is a light-filled, spacious room with compelling views. The 560-square foot room is perfect for trainings, group projects, interviews, or a small business meeting.
Food is not allowed in this space.

Anchorage Public Library’s new Facilities and Grounds Use Policy goes into effect on March 1, 2026.
We’ve updated our Facilities and Grounds Use Policy so that it’s consistent with how all public rooms in the building are managed. That means we’re no longer able to offer this room at no cost.
The Raven Room will now be used exclusively as an event and meeting room.
In the last year, the library has taken the following steps to help meet the need for quiet spaces:
- Added individual study booths available by same-day reservation
- Designated the Puffin Room located on the 3rd floor as a silent space
The policy change lowers the minimum rental requirement from two hours to one for the Raven, Moose, Salmon, and Beluga Rooms and provides for same day rentals of those spaces.
